Update: We don't use it at all now and need a replacement or repairs. We bought this in May and soon noticed that it was taking a long time to cook some items - like beets, squash and potatoes. Also, the air fried potatoes were very disappointing compared to the ones we made in the first weeks. I bought an oven thermometer and the oven set at 350 only gets to 190 degrees! We have also seen a TON of recalls on Cosori air fryers and the company seems to be having a lot of trouble dealing with the volume of replacements to send. Wish us luck as we try to reach the company for some help with this.We absolutely love this oven. It is versatile and easy to use. We've done salad croutons, awesome roast potatoes, perfectly done salmon and everything in between. It is easily the best kitchen appliance/gadget I've bought in years. We use it all the time. There was no chemical smell you often get with new ovens and it was ready to use right out of the box.We are adjusting temps and timing for our favorite recipes and it is doing well. Some of the recipes in the booklet provided are oddly written (like pizza - no recipe for dough, but it tells you to start by letting the dough rest for an hour). The booklet also has no index. They are also sometimes not clear on food sizes, which make all the difference in cook time. But there are groups of Cosori users with tons of advice and good recipes to choose from,The only downside so far is that any racks or trays placed on the lowest level are hard to remove from the hot oven. The door is in the way and also very hot and there is not enough room in between to grasp the tray with an oven mitt on. We also wonder why the crumb tray has no edges to keep crumbs in. You have to lift it to take it out for cleaning and that sprinkles crumbs off and on to to oven floor. Super easy to clean though, so you just have to be careful taking it out.I highly recommend this air-fryer/toaster oven.
