Solid construction. Holds my 9.7" iPad Pro in firmly place. Easy to place and remove the iPad. The two pivot points allow the iPad to be placed on the left or right of the music stand in either horizontal or vertical orientation and adjusted to angle up. If I adjust the holder so it's in-line with the bar, the unit will into my Taylor grand auditorium gig bag pocket.
