Was using the Honeywell Evirocaire portable true HEPA airpurifier 50250, is very effective however is loud even on the quietest fan, then we needed filters formit and wow! You need 3 filters and no discount for it for that machine so am not willing to spend over $100 for filters. So we went searching and found this Afloia Europa airpurifier and am very pleased with it.It does more micron cleans than any other we found at 0.01, it has UV inside the filter to kill pathogens, a d it tells you your air quality in that area. We have mold in our rental and landlord is ignoring our pleas for repairs, so until we can find another place we can afford (which is the only reason we stay here) we have to deal with mold in the suit. Having an air purifier that has UV and micron filter of 0.01 (mold is 2) is a big help.The colour is beautiful grey which camouflaged into the background and the main suprise is I can not hear it! That's right - it is quiet. So quiet I don't know if it's on I had to put my face over the fan to feel it on, I'm telling you, it is amazing, and that isn't even in sleep mode!In sleep mode all lights are off, so I am not disturbed by the light during the night. It has a child lock feature which is great for those with cats - you know they gotta walk on-top the machine stepping on buttons, so now they can't change your settings with child lock on.I just can't get over how quiet this is, even on the turbo fan speed it's still very quiet, quieter then the lowest fan speed of my last air filter.I would recommend this to everyone,. For less than $200 it is well worth it, it operates like a more expensive machine. The only concern I have if time- how will this stack over time? How long will it last? We will see.The 0.01 micron alone is better than any other system we found for the price and room size ability. 1500 sqft per hour is cleaned, that's awesome!.Mold, viruses, bacteria, mites, dust, micro airborne metals, summer smoke from fires, etc all filtered, I am hoping whatever is sprayed in our skies will be filtered as well, you know that crud gonna seep indoors.Love this machine.
