I’ve had this system up and running for over a year no complaints yet on it. It works well. It is a good switch panel and has been working fine. Wasn’t to bad to install (granted I had to be creative being I drive a Chevy Colorado and there wasn’t much room in the engine bay to place it) right now I only have 1 set of lights that are Auxbeams ditch lights hooked up to the switch panel. It’s only because moneys tight right now sadly. So no extra money to buy a light bar or other lights etc to add to my truck right now becuase numerous reasons especially with this economy, but I will say it’s working well and I can not complainThe only couple of issue I’ve had is the dimmer on the panel doesn’t really work well it’s constantly staying super bright which sucks at night , it did kinda at first dimmed at night, but is not working like it should on the switch button panel now. The other issue I had the button I used the most for my lights the screen protector part broke and the plastic part of the button was poking through, to were I was clicking it instead of just the cover over the button, after about a year of having it & using it daily.So I wanted to fix it with a new panel switch but they don’t just sell a replacement button panel switch.I sent a email to customer service on Auxbeam’s website wondering about trying to warranty the switch button panel for the button being broke and within 24hrs I got a response I believe they are probably in a different time zone in another country than us here In the USA for sure base on they were responding around 12am-3am my time frame lol they asked for certain information needed to verify my purchase and pictures to verify the damage to the switch which is completely understandableAnd all in all the customer service was really helpful it was all done through. Email. I was trying to get a new switch panel & notice they didn’t just sell it but I saw the contact box and from there I figure see if they would warranty the switch panel due to the button I used the most breakingAnd the customer service lady went out of her way and even well above and beyond within a 48hr period, after me sending the first comment to them I was email the first email within 24hrs asking to send proper documentation that was needed(order # and pictures & or a video of the damage. For warranty reasons) And by the next day within 48hrs they said they were going to warranty it and were sending me a new set. I was just trying to get the switch button panel replace off their warranty ButThe seller went above and beyond & had taken care of me and sent me a whole new unit instead of just the switch button panel for me to just go ahead and install the new unit that’s newerI think that in it self is worth going ahead and buying though them they stand behind their product. They had no problem making it right to make sure I was happy. They went well above and beyond for my satisfactory and I can tell you I am very satisfied. I was expecting just a new switch button panel and instead, I got the whole new unit set & that right there tells me that they really care about their customers happiness and making sure they are well taken care of & that is a great customer services and I couldn’t be more happier. So there for not only because Auxbeam products are really good and good quality in general. (The lights I have are also Auxbeam) but the fact that they also stand behind their warranty & theirs customer satisfactory. They have made me a Auxbeam buyer and nothing els for now on and that’s the only lights etc I’m adding to my vehicles because I can count on them to make it right if it breaks. So please keep up the great customer service and standing behind your products and your customer satisfactory because that took it from a 4 star review that I normally give for a great product (there’s always room to approve ) to a five star review because of the customer service being as well as it was and responding in no timeLike I said, having my issue fixed in less than 48 hours and in no time getting the replacement sent with in 3days. So all in all it took approx. 5 days maybe and I was taken care while during a holiday week I can not complain at all. And I’m one very happy customer that they have kept!!
