These switches are really nice switches. We own both Non-POE models and POE models and both do a really nice job. Gigabit speed is very nice to keep your network moving fast. Easy to setup out of box, but for the advanced functions like VLAN's etc, going to need a good networking background to set these up. They are easy to setup once you understand how they work and what you are doing. Decent price with good performance and would recommend.
