Ok this works really well, holds the temperature and it's a large fryer. Because its thin some may say it's cheap. It is cheap but good what more could you want. It does the job very well it holds 1 gallon plus 2 cups of oil can do 4 to 5 pieces of chicken in the basket at one time or a whole chicken if you remove the basket and just drop into the oil. You dont need the basket because it has a heating element protection guard. In conclusion it's super easy to clean, and very light weight for easy storage.
