This is a great set the first one that i received was busted and not working i got a replacement that was in working condition. The batteries, the battery housing, and the case as well as the mini dock alone make it worth the price. The batteries are amazing “*two come with the system* i say this because it only seems like one battery is included but in actuality theres two on in the console housing and one in the case. Each battery gives you a full charge from 20% and if you’re on the go this is a huge benefit. The fact that you can swap out the batteries with out removing or turning off the console is in and of itself amazing. The passthrough audio built into the housing is huge plus although i have no use for it I’m sure many others have a need or use for it.the way the stand works is an ehh for me but isnt a concern for me as i dont use the switches stand either i don’t play it while the kickstand is out. The interchangeable grips is one of my favorite features, i use the biggest grips as i have large hands and it’s a huge plus, the grips have come off accidentally while playing but i dont feel this is a major issue and only in very specific situations will that happen so dont worry. Behind the grips is storage for your switch cartridges i dont use them but i can see someone needing different games with them at all times. No for putting your system in the housing you have to make sure you’re using the correct size joycons or it will be a pain to insert or remove the system. I used the hori handheld joycon rightside and it acuffed up and marked the joycons. If you don’t plan on switching joycons and are using oem or oem sized joycons you should be fine. Now for the type c port i feel they could have placed the type c port elsewhere instead of right into the back of the kick stand that is really hard to move if you don’t have decently long and tough nails, i have to use a tool like a flat head screw driver to charge or dock the system which is a huge pain in the ass, while im home i dont want to have to use the batteries i save the charge on them for when im on the go. At home i want to plug in to a charger and thats really difficult with the placement of the type c. Other then that the whole family pack is worth it the case is very tough big but tough and you can store everything you need for your switch because this case comes with literally everything you need to play and use your switch system. If you bought a new switch and didnt buy ANYTHING ELSE this will cover everything you need as a starter kit for your switch and switch oled. The only thing it doesnt come with is thumbstick caps and a screen protector everything else is in this pack.
