I highly recommend! I wanted to replace the master window power switch in my 1999 Volvo V70 and this not only worked perfect it fixed my passenger side window that was having issues. I replaced the original one in my car because the lights on the switches were starting to fade out, and also the passenger side window would not roll up. I could use the master switch to get it to go down, however, I could not use it to get it to go back up (only the passenger side switch could). To my surprise this power window switch fixed the problem! The best part was that my mechanic said they'd replace it for over $300. So I saved about $200 doing it myself. Very easy to install, too. Check YouTube for videos on how to replace it. All you need is a bone tool (or anything that is thin and can be used to get it out, honestly I bet a butter knife would even work). Just loosen the edges of the power switch and try to pull the power switch up by putting your fingers under the window buttons and pulling up (like you're trying to get two windows to go up at the same time). Once you get it out there's three connectors that come out (some are stubborn to get out, so don't be afraid to use force), they plug right into the new device. The whole thing probably took me two minutes.
