This product fit my 2009 ford escape perfectly. I was able to install it in about 20 minutes with simple tools. Very simple plug in unit. Everything came apart easily and it was just a matter of unplugging the old unit and plugging in the new unit. It probably wouldn't have taken so long to install it but it was about -20C when I put it in. Also make sure the vehicle is not on during the installation because all the different codes were coming up on the dash.Buying this product from Amazon was a lot cheaper than buying it from my local ford dealership. Also installing this product myself saved me a lot of money. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs to replace their signal switch in their 2009 ford escape. Works great!
