My 2000 Chevrolet Impala had been having problems with the driver's window for months. I was able to hold the button down just right for it to go back up, until the button and connection completely stopped working. I like to keep my car as original as possible, which is why I chose the AC Delco brand window switch. It came just as described and was very, very easy to install. If you can plug in Christmas tree lights, you can plug in this part. It just took me a couple of minutes. And all the buttons work and the driver's side window can go up and down again. Great buy!
