I looked at purchasing both the Omix and Crown on Quadratec, ultimately choosing the cheaper Crown unit, only to discover that the delay function didn't work properly (no wipers at all for a majority of the range, then all different delay times jammed into like a 1/4" at the end before it goes to low/hi. Also, if you don't land it perfectly in the Off detent, which seems to be impossible, it will either stop the wipers, or keep them on. Not landing it perfectly in the Low or Hi detent will turn the wipers off, mid-travel.I then chose to order the Omix unit (which was cheaper here than on Quadratec) at more than twice the cost, thinking the quality must be better, and I'd get what I paid for. No, they are exactly the same. They appear to be made in the same factory on the same machine on the same day. If anything the wiring job looked shoddier on the Omix unit, and when I plugged it in the performance was worse than the Crown unit. There was no delay position I could dial in that would make the delay feature work... at all.All of that said, I do know that the issue is these cheap switches, not something else. I have two control lever/ sticks (original and a Doorman), and I know the delay module under the dash is still good, as I still have the original switch (re)installed, which still operates the delay circuit perfectly (I'm only replacing it because the washer fluid function isn't working). I wound up returning it.
