Switch looks just like the old one but there are no operating or programming instructions. It has instalation intructions. Looked online and the first thing it says it to push a button that is not labeled what they say to push. If you want me to push and hold the on/off button then call it the on/off button. Don't call it the mode button. Also it doesn't tell you what mode your in or an order they come up as you push. Should say push once for time delay or push twice for occupancy. Now I will have to call them, good luck with that. Would not use this switch if it didn't have to be the same one per customerI purchased 44 units, 30% failure rate, described problem to tech support who said to install another one.
