I have used this every single day for months now. I work from home and it is perfect to allow me to get in my steps while working. It is quiet enough that I can still talk on the phone with clients without it being a distraction. The size of this makes it very functional to stand it up beside my desk when not in use and then put it right back down when ready to walk about. It has a good speed range especially considering I’m only walking on it so I will never use the 4mph. Very easy to set up and comfortable to walk on for hours a day while working. Could not beat the price of this to help meet my step goals.
