Installed in 20 minutes!Works just like original.Just remove the screw in the bottom of the door grip, then gently pop the door covering off (do it in warm weather so the plastic clips don't snap), then squeeze the clips on the connectors (2 for the switch, one for mirror control if installed, and one for the door locks.Need to insert some putty knives/screwdrivers/whatever so you can release the snap clips and push the switch out. then just pop the switch in, hook up the connectors, snap the door cover back in place and replace the screw in the bottom of the door grip.
