I had the code above thrown and did a bit of troubleshoot by removing air hose from the valve at a cold start to see if there was an air blowing. There wasnt, I replaced the Air Pump fuse just to be sure but kept getting this error even after clearing a couple times. Well I knew this had to be done. Jack the car up, pull driver-side wheel off, pull back driver-side wheel-well plastic and get to it. Worked great, and hope to get another 15 years out of it. ALSO, I only replaced b/c emissions....
