About device:Good quality. It would be nice if magnets were tiny bit stronger, but it holds well. Unit is quite heavy.I recommend looking for version2 that is coming out soon, as it is lighter and magnets support moving display right-left to align with laptop.Colors and resolution is very good. Brightness control buttons are thought out well.About customer service:Had to have an interaction with [email protected], and they are very helpful. No problem with returns by warranty. (I did not want to return through Amazon, since if unit is returned directly to mobilepixels, they could refurbish units onsite.) If you have to do this, I recommend using US mailing box, to make it cheaper to send/receive packages for mobilepixels.
