I saw the portable monitor my wife had and wanted one with a bigger screen. This was my second attempt, the first was big and bulky. This screen is great! Better than both the other examples I saw: very slim, light and ultraportable. I bought a nice sleeve from Amazon under the name "Portable Monitor Case for Most Large Portable Monitor" and the combo is fantastic. I can easily touch it under my arm and I'm not worried about dropping it.The screen itself is bright and crisp. It's appreciably larger than my 13" MacBook screen, but not game-changingly so. I find it most useful for putting this portable monitor at an ergonomic height while I use the laptop keyboard. Works great for that. One neat feature it has that it *states on the packaging that it doesn't* is that it WILL power itself directly from my MacBook USB-C port, meaning I don't need to bring more than a single cable. However (naturally) it hammers my battery and probably isn't a great idea. Even so, the power adapter supplied is small and the two cables provided are perfectly fine. It's still a portable option. There are smaller screens that include a battery so you don't need an adapter, and some that will power from your laptop, but I think it's the power draw of the larger screen that's the issue here.Regardless, I'm happy with my purchase, would recommend!
