I bought this part because the old IACV on my Civic hadn't been cleaned since new and the throttle would behave erratically once the car was warmed up. I was skeptical of buying this since it was less than what parts stores wanted for generic versions. But after doing some research on their other products, it seemed that the part were good enough.When the item arrived, I was happy to see the part had a Denso label and part number on it, and after taking the old one off the car, I discovered it's the same part that the car was built with. So I saved nearly 50% off what the dealer charges for the same price.Install is pretty easy once you find a good angle for taking the coolant hoses off. As it's right on the back of the intake manifold, you don't have to remove much to get access. Install was quick and after topping off the coolant, I warmed the car up and the throttle was steady as can be. Three months later and I've still had no issues with it.
