This is a great controller for the switch. Good cost and works great.. easy to use and easy to pair with the switch. It's a good controller however be aware of the left directional stick as it has the problem of drifting and not to mention the trigger buttons. This is especially goes for family and prolong heavy uses. Nonetheless it's a decent controller. I would compare it to a ergonomic version PS4 controller but for Switch and PC. I would give it full recommendation if it can survive more than 10 years of wear and tear.I bought this about 10 months ago, it's been quite a life saver and my favorite controller. All of my previous controllers, like PowerA, lasted 3 months before it starts having problems, this one barely started to have some issues (I input on the left stick for a character to run but instead it just walks, it sometimes fixes after a few twirls.) Quite happy it lasted this long, especially for the price. It's really light so it's very comfy to play long hours and it can withstand the brute force of throwing it across a room, hitting a wall and slamming it to the floor and/or desk (oddly specific but I'm sure some people will get it.)Some other stuff to know: the wire that came with it broke within 2 weeks. It wasn't too much of a worry for me, it's USB-C. I mainly used it wirelessly for Switch but it also works perfectly for PC gaming too (I used it wired since my PC doesn't have Bluetooth.) Also on PC, the buttons don't correspond with the lettering, had to remap them. As other reviews said, it does turn off by itself and you're forced to pair it again. This happens with inactivity after maybe a minute(?), I'm guessing to save battery. I usually just move my right stick every other few seconds while waiting for a lobby to start to avoid the problem. Can definitely use gyro/motion controls too.Okay, so I had made this purchase cause I started gaming on my PC and needed a controller. After searching around online for some recommendations, this came up as a great fit. Looking into it, I loved the colour and the double usage for both the PC and the Switch. Now when it comes to Switch usage, the controller seems to hold up to the Pro Controller in my opinion. In fact, it may even be a bit better cause it's not only easy to hold, but also quite comfortable which makes a huge difference if you plan to have long gaming sessions. The turbo feature is interesting and seems to work alright (I don't use it much), and reaction time with the game was pretty smooth. The reason why I had to give it 4 Stars is when it comes to the usage with the PC. It's a bit sad how subpar the controller usage for PC holds up in comparison to the Switch. So I use this for Windows and the controller has 3 main issues.1. The timeframe of button response time in correlation to the game is really off. It's almost like there's a lag between the button pressing and the response which makes it hard to not become frustrated.2. The controller mapping is a bit out of wack. Now I've used an Xbox controller beforehand, so I know how it should be mapped with any PC. When I logged into Genshin for instance, the entire layout for buttons was flipped where A is B and B is A; the same with X and Y. Even in game when I go into settings and switch the mapping to fit what I need, the actual button interface on the controller is also backwards as well.3. The Bluetooth interface doesn't work with the PC, it's only with the Switch. This is also annoying cause if you happen to lose the short cord, you pretty much lose the versatility of the controller until you get a replacement which is absolutely frustrating to no end.So all in all, as a Switch controller this is top of the line. However, the PC side of the versatility needs a LOT of work still. This controller is a great value. It took me a little while to figure out how to connect it to the switch (it isn't hard to do and another reviewer post a video about how to do it), but after that it works really well, I did not notice any lag or delay. I also have a nintendo switch pro controller to compare it to. This controller lacks the amiibo scanner feature and it's not able to wake the switch up from sleep mode (no third party controllers are able to this, not even the more expensive 8bitdo or powerA controllers that are licensed by Nintendo). The battery on this controller is 500 mAh (compared to 1200 mAh on the pro controller), which should be enough for the vast majority of people, though you might want to charge it after your done using it. The build quality on this controller is pretty good for the price and the controller feels solid. I haven't used the rumble function yet, so I can't comment on that. Also the vibration feedback is a little stronger than the Pro Controller. I've had it for about 2 weeks and I haven't any issues, I can't speak for the longevity but it's worked well so far. While the Pro Controller is a bit better, this one blows it out of the water at 1/3 of the price (I personally don't think that the Pro Controller is worth it for $60+). If you already have a Pro Controller like me, this a great purchase for a second (or third or fourth) controller to play with friends and I'd definitely buy another and recommend it to my friends. Great value, Five Stars! It’s a little rough when using on PC but it works like the feel and color is good. The product works as promised. It connected to the switch and the PC. You get what you pay for and in this isn't bad. I've had the controller turn off twice during game play. Which that brings the product rating down. Yes it connects to the PC. However it has to be plugged in (hardwired) to work at least on my windows 10 pc. I do have a 8bitdo that it connects to and works like an Xbox controller so that works out for me.Its very comfortable to hold. It reacts well and has good vibration. Instantly connects and has long battery life. Great productI can't really speak to the battery life as I haven't pushed the unit to see how far I could go, but I do know it managed to stand up to 3 days worth of use before I got nervous about dying mid-game and plugged it in for a while. It does have an auto shut-off timer if not in use for (I believe) 5 minutes, which helps preserve battery life, but can be a bit annoying if you're just stuck waiting through cut scenes. So far everything is working great and very responsive. Super easy to set up and go as soon as it had a charge.First impressions: Lightweight but doesn't feel cheap, just the right size for smaller hands, nice colours. A little bit more complicated to pair and use than a branded controller, but that's fine. We love the grips. We got 2, one in each colour and we like them a lot. Will update when we get a feel for battery life. And we have noticed they tend to fall asleep a little but faster than we would like. But right now we're pretty happy with the purchase.I'm always hesitant about replacing controllers with off brands. Joy cons seem to need the sticks replaced regularly which I learned to do but became sick of having to do it so I thought we'd give this a shot. Bought 2 of them for my twins. They've been used just as much as our 2 sets of joy cons were in the past and these have yet to wear down. I will be being these again when these do eventually wear outThe controller was easy to pair to the Nintendo Switch. The instructions were easy to follow. It is comfortable in my hand, and worked smoothly with the games. Very happy with this purchase!stopped working right away, just wanted to play stardew valley *weeps*
