If your intermittent wipers continue to run after turning off, don't waste time going to your local Ford dealer to have this problem repaired. A simple Google search told me all I needed to know and a Youtube video showed how to replace the part. My local dealer wanted $165.85 for the part and Amazon had the original OEM MotorCraft part for $87. It took approximately 15 minutes to replace the part and it works great. Just in time for our local monsoon season.
