We starting fostering kittens and decided to try these to keep our clothing clean. I had tried a disposable lab coat before using this one and this one is much better. There is a tie behind the neck and another tie behind the waist. I like that the gown crosses over (in the back) which adds a little more coverage for me. I like the cloth wrist bands because it's not just an elastic band that could ride up easily. It's easy to manuver in, easy to take off and flexible that I can turn the main body inside out to hang up to keep the exposed area inside just in case we brush up against it walking by. I was able to use the disposable gown over and over. I would recommend this to others.
