ScanX¨ is a digital imaging system that reads the latent X-ray image on a phosphor storage imaging plate (PSP) and sends that image to your computer. The phosphor imaging plates as an intraoral imaging medium are as thin as a business card, do not require wire hookups and can be used up to 3,000 times or more, which make the PSPs an economical, easy to use option.
