I purchased this for target practice. With the price of ammo going up constantly. This my choice to save money. I opted UTG 4x32 hunter scope. The one that comes with it is decent and have used it some. The gun is well built and heavy. When you cock it, you got to put some ump behind it. Great accuracy. I've shot at to fifty yards and was really surprised at how well it held a pattern. You do get an occasional flyer though. I think that's true with all air rifles. I bought the 25 caliber for the knock down power. The only problem with that is there isn't any sold locally. Amazon has plenty to choose from. Just be sure to keep yourself stocked up. Our whole family is amazed by it's power. No plastic parts on it was another plus for me. Most of the name brands one that sale on big box stores have plastic triggers and some other parts too. Very well built gun. I don't believe anyone would be disappointed in the purchase of one. Especially at the price under $200.00.
