Since this is a product originally sold for use in Canada, I was surprised to see that it was the remote gate controller for a community gate in Las Vegas. I was pleasantly surprised at the product's availability. The vendor shipped it quickly and economically. Straightforward, simple set up. Works well, exactly as it should. Not much else to say about this product except maybe to warn those who are ordering one of these to be sure to match the product number correctly, there are others that are very close in name but operate in a different frequency range (such as the 61LM)
