Description
The contour generation II spray proof range offers unique styling using the latest techniques in injection molding. The switch tray is molded plastic with a rubber gasket and seal molded into the plastic. The cover is molded in a clear plastic with a rubber over mold allowing the flexibility to operate the switches through the front of the panel while providing a clear window for label backlighting. The contour wave strip is interchangeable allowing for custom colors for OEM applications.

I purchased this 2 switch setup to go along with the 6 switch setup. I wanted a total of 8 switches and the 2 separate units fit the area I had to work with on my boat's console. The template supplied does not allow for any size variation in the clearance hole that needs to be cut. Keep the clearance hole to the absolute minimum in size when you do the cutting! Install was easy, and I would have given 5 stars except that the utilitarian finish of the switch cover which is not to my liking. Functionality appears to be good and should work for my needs.
