If your comparing the cheap ones to this on, check out the pics. (Spoiler alert, you get what you pay for)First, what the pictures can't show you. The foot stands on the cheap one, wont hold the pump up well. The hatsan stands are a lot more sturdy. The cheap ones rubber handles won't stay on, hatsan handles seem to be glued on better.Cheap one has a shorter hose with no storage loopNow what you can see in the picturesThe oring that keeps blowing on the cheap one doesn't have a seat for the oring, just a sharp edge that cuts into the oring when its trying to hold the pressure from coming back into the pump. (Check valve) As you can see in the pics, the hatsan has a tapered seat for the oring, which should hold up a lot better. Hopefully the hatsan will hold up better. I didn't go through the rest of the pump, but just what I've seen the hatsan is better quality. It cost a little more but trust me when your shooting groups and your pump fails every other fill,(same oring fails everytime) (got good at changing it tho) it's a real bummer.
