Works great, after breaking it in. I thought it was defective since it was squealing really loudly when I first started the car, but i guess that's the compressor breaking in since it's it's really quiet now. Excellent build quality and it comes with both the larger and smaller seal washers for both inlet and outlet pipes. If your original compressor has the switch in the back, then I suggest that you just spend the extra $25 and buy the new switch up front, just in case you break yours while transferring it to the new compressor. Also the insides of the compressor is pressurized so be careful when you remove the plug for the switch. Not sure whats the difference between this and the regular (ACDelco 15-20144), but this was in stock and cheaper.
