I was searching for more Switch games to play when I found this. The title and screenshots for the game drew me in and I felt the need to see for myself. It was a jrpg obviously and it's very interesting.From what I can understand, the protagonist is the Chosen One, Chosen by God to defeat demons (a common cliche for anything involving God and heaven).Supernatural, occult mysteries, turn-based gameplay and random enemy encounters. While the English voice acting isn't quite my cup of tea, you can change it later in the game once they allow you the menu.The art is beautiful for every cut scene, it's practically straight out of an anime series. The battle system is simple and they give you a step-by-step tutorial that's easy to understand.The only downside is the in-game controls. The camera and character movements are janky. It's really disorienting. I can hardly go a straight line without accidentally going into a full circle and then moving to the side and spinning the entire camera into a 360 before encountering an enemy. Thankfully, for the battle system, I don't have use of either. Hopefully, I can see past it and just enjoy the game itself.I played it for several hours and started to grow bored. Then I got stuck in a dungeon and didn't feel like crawling around it looking for what to do next because of the random encounters being a pain. Disappointed :(I'm addicted to dungeon crawlers so I'm enjoying this. Shame about some of the designs and how bland the dungeons are though.I bought this game expecting a Shin Megami Tensei clone, which is more or less what I got. What I didnt expect however was for it to be so boring. The level designs are bland, the characters are very bland, the story is about as basic as it can get and there isnt anything overly exciting about the combat either. Overall I'd say buy this game if you're just absolutely desperate to add to your switch collection.Arrived quickly and on time. Isn't quite what I was expecting but it's always nice to play another Shin Megami-like dungeon crawler.
