I was really excited to get this item because my room is really hot and I really needed it but unfortunately after the first two minutes of turning it on it seemed as though the fan function was barely working to begin with it was really really light and then it just stopped working all together. I tried all the troubleshooting but it didn't really matter because there was nothing happening the power would turn on but nothing would happen. Unfortunately it seems as though I got a defective one from the start. I had to returned mine.
