I use this jacket Every Week, riding at least 3 days/week.Pros:-Very Warm on cool (~40F) days.-Water proof layer works!-Pockets all over the place! (Especially internally)-Reflective piping for nighttime visibility.-External shell allows more than enough airflow on hot days to keep you cool.Cons:-The Arm Straps (to tighten the arm area) are weak. One broke after 3 weeks of use. :( While I'm upset about it, I still use it because its a great, high visibility, jacket.-The jacket has small internal zippers to allow the shell to be zipped in and out. It can be difficult working with these small zippers if you have large hands.-The red fabric frays somewhat easily. The Velcro used for other areas on the jacket (liner) will stick to the red fabric. It will then cause the fabric to fray over time.-Waist straps could use more Velcro material to enable a "tighter" hold.Notes:Yes, there are a few negatives to this jacket. However, I'd still buy it again. I ride more than most people. Therefore I use my gear far more as result. The jacket has lasted over 6500 miles in less than 5 months. Not too bad, if I do say so! :)Update 1/1/2015:I unfortunately high sided about two months ago while wearing this jacket. The Jacket did it's job! I had 3 broken ribs, but the jacket couldn't have prevented that! The putter mesh liner did melt due to friction... Thankfully, I had the inner liners on as well, so I didn't feel anything. The collar ripped free with some ease... But when you consider the stress my body and the road put it under... It held up Very Well.Great buy... Wonderful product!Very solid overall jacket. With various liner configurations, I can comfortably make the 20-mile commute to work in temps ranging from 35 (F) to 65...and undoubtedly warmer once that weather arrives here in Michigan. Haven't had to test the WP functionality yet. 6'3", 185, 42" chest, longer arms, so I went with the Med-Tall at first but it was too tight with both liners and work clothes on so I bumped up to a Large-Tall and it's good (tad large without any liners but manageable).Offers solid protection, adjustability for fitment, mitigates weather, is comfortable, and looks sharp. No regrets for a jacket that can do it all. Zips to off-brand over pants as well. Check out Revzilla for more reviews & video. This jacket is really nice and very protective. It's got Kevlar around the shoulders, arms and back. It's a nice jacket and a decent price. If I ever fall down, I'd feel more safe when I'm wearing this because I know that I'm well-protected. Another good thing is that when riding, the wind goes through the jacket so that you don't feel the wind pressure towards your body when riding and that is annoying. It comes with a removable thermal layer, so in the summer when its hot, the thermal layer can be removed so the jacket would be nice to wear even on hot days. Overall really nice jacket.Great jacket with cold weather layer and waterproof layer that are removable. It comes with armor installed (shoulder, elbow, and back). I live in Southern California and the weather here is mostly warm. I have a leather jacket but it was too hot during summer and decided to try this jacket out. This jacket keeps me cool during summer, and is comfortable all around. I still wear my leather jacket in winter (because leather is safer). I have not ridden it in rain yet.Got this as a gift, using several other reviews as a guide, and my husband loves it! It has all the safety features he was looking for, fits well, and he likes the color and reflective lines for visibility when he rides at night. He said it was better than any if the jackets he had seen in the stores. Just be careful not to let the material come in contact with a hot muffler - it will melt!this is a great jack in my opinion for a multi season rider. Ive used it in low 30 degree up to somewhere in the low 90's. Of course in the 90's yeah its warm when you are sitting at a stop light but you'd be warm with out it as well, but as soon as your moving it has great air flow. lots of pockets it has an inside cell phone pocket but if you have anything with a bigger screen like 4.5 inch and up its probably going to be too big for it.Bought this jacket because of the armor and the XXL Tall size. It replaced a much flimsier ventilated jacket that had inferior armor. Really like the ventilation and versatility of this jacket. Would have given it 5 stars if I could have gotten my size in something other than black. Black seems to slightly defeat the purpose of having a ventilated jacket. Having said that I don't notice it getting to hot.Just wore my jacket for the first time and i am really happy with the results. Excellent fiiting and comfortable. In my home country one can easily fine autum, spring and summer in a 150 miles ride and that is what i did today. Got to a hot weather (90 f) and Took out both interiors and it felt just great! No complaints at all! Just felt fresh at all times, not to mention cold weather...with the interiors on there's no issues. So i recommend everyone this jacket for any kind of weather!
