A couple of years back I bought an " assortment "of these "O" rings made in Taiwan that were provided with the compressor kit and had repeated failures with them. so, I didn't use these. The rest of the kit including the compressor are fine. Oil charge and Freon charge according to spec and it makes cold. Drove about 4000 miles with it running the whole time , no issues
