Was nervous to order this but decided to pull the trigger. I wanted something that wasn't going to fall apart, but didn't want to spend a lot of money as I plan to only use it for real long rides. It arrived much earlier than expected, especially since it came from Hong Kong. It arrived and I was even more nervous. The box was beat up real bad with a small hole in the bottom. I opened it up to find the swat, brackets, and a small bag of nuts and bolts with no directions.With all that being said, it's awesome. The price is well worth the back rest. Install is fairly easy and I watched the start of a youtube video to get the first steps to install done and finished it by myself. Much better alternative than the 2 and even 3 or 4 hundred dollar back rests I saw from other brands. So if you're on the verge go ahead and do it. Your back will thank you
