Using two 4K screens (3048x2160 @ 60hz) and works like a charm. Instructions could be more clear/detailed on how to use the various functions, but after a little "push this and see what happens" it becomes easy. The remote is handy for those of us not used to hotkeys. Uses "Scroll-Lock" for the hotkey by default (my KB doesn't have that key) , but switching to the right CTRL key is a single button press on the KVM. Great product at a great price point for a dual monitor, 4K that can display both PCs at one time on either screen. (aka matrix).NOTE: My Dell Laptop USB-C TB w/ Intel Iris XE Graphics is a DisplayPort signal ... using USB-C to HDMI converters "broke" the 4K resolution, knocked it down to something like 2080x1152 ... even when connecting directly to the monitor. I had to use a Dell TB Docking station to get the 4K HDMI to work. I thought it was the KVM at first, but if you don't get 4K on both monitors, its not the KVM. IMO, If you have the option/connections to use DisplayPort, get the DP model instead.
