Pros: Installs easily, came with rack ears, runs cool.Cons: Firmware is half-baked and neglected. Either they aren't testing and are unaware of significant issues, or they're aware and can't be arsed to fix them in over a year. Not sure which is worse honestly.1. Latest firmware doesn't allow you to enable https mangement, just pops up an error.2. SSH management on ancient, depreciated, VULNERABLE encryption which modern ssh clients won't and shouldn't use.3. Analysis->Connection Test pops up an error with "not found"Have a ticket in with support and will be processing a return with Amazon in case / when support falls through.TLDR: Save yourself $225 on this boat anchor and find another switch. I hear nice things about Cisco, TP-link and Mikrotic.
