Let me start by saying thet I have had this mic for over a year now. Ok well I have had a bit of a rollercoaster feeling with this mic. You immediately fall in love with it for looks alone. It comes shipped in a nice leather case with 3 windscreens and a holster. The mic is clear, almost too clear as it cuts increadibly well. It lacks lowend completely. Unfortunately my guitar players sm-58 sounds alot better. This mic is also prone to feedback. I sent it back to Heil and they fixxed the element and shipped it back to me on my dollar. This unfortunately did not help at all and all the customer service guy could do was insult the SM-58 and say it was impossible that it could sound better that my $208.00 PR-22. Well needless to say I switched mic companies. I bought an AKG d-5 and for half the cost you get twice the quality and sound. Heil lost a customer in me...Cheers!!
