It's a solid switch that will meet my needs, but it could be better.1. The instructions are incomplete. It tells you not to mount the switch early in the instructions. But never comes back to the mounting details.2. There is no information about the appropriate hardware for mounting. Hint: use 8-32 round head hardware.3. The instructions state the smallest acceptable wire size is AWG12. However, when the screw terminals are properly torqued, a 12 gauge wire will pull out of the terminal. I'd suggest a minimum of 10AWG solid copper wire for good retention.4. The label is for shore power and a generator. I'm using it for shore power and an inverter. It would be nice if there were different labels for different applications.Once these minor issues were resolved, the installation was straightforward. This switch fit my RV enclosure better than an automatic transfer switch would.
