I bought this after my Septic service wanted about $400 to install a rebuilt unit on my home wastewater treatment system. It replaced an exact unit (also rebuilt) that had lasted about 1 1/2 years. The fit was perfect. Just note that the cord has a 3-prong plug which has to be removed if you are wiring it directly to the control panel and your control box does not have an electrical outlet. Rather than cut this cord and void the warranty, I crafted an outlet wired to the control panel by sacrificing an old extension cord. Now I just plug it in to the cord. Working great so far!
